5 eggs

50g cooked pumpkin puree

40g milk

50g corn oil

65g low-gluten flour

50g granulated sugar

2g lemon juice

Filling:

200g whipped cream

20g powdered sugar

Steps

First, prepare the ingredients, separate the egg yolk and egg white, and put the egg white into the refrigerator to freeze.

1. Pour corn oil + milk + pumpkin puree into the bowl and mix well.

2. Sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.

3. Pour in egg yolk and mix well.

4. Pour fine sugar and lemon juice into the egg white, beat until neutral foam, and lift the egg beater to have a small hook.

5. Mix the beaten egg white into the egg yolk paste three times.

6. Stir well.

7. Pour the prepared batter into the baking tray, and the baking tray should be lined with oil paper or oil cloth.

8. Put it into the preheated oven, bake at 170 degrees on the upper fire and 140 degrees on the lower fire for about 30 minutes. Everyone's oven is different, and the baking time and temperature are only for reference.

9. After taking it out of the oven, shake the baking tray lightly, transfer the cake to the drying net, and let it cool for later use.

10. Whip the whipped cream + powdered sugar until stiff.

11. Spread the whipped cream on the cake slices, and spread the cream near the bottom a little higher.

12. Use a rolling pin to help roll up the cake and put it in the refrigerator to freeze for 20 minutes.
