Cake Base:
200g Chopped Chocolate Biscuits
100 g Melted Unsalted Butter
Chocolate Mousse Layer:
200g Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
400ml Fresh Cream
150g Caster Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 Pieces (About 15g) Isinglass Flakes
Yogurt Mousse Layer:
300g Yogurt
150ml Fresh Cream
80g Caster Sugar
2 Pieces (About 10g) Isinglass Flakes
①Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
②In a large bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
③In another bowl, beat the softened butter and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy.
④Add eggs one by one, mix well, then add vanilla extract.
⑤Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix evenly.
⑥Finally, slowly pour in hot water, stir until smooth batter, and pour the batter into a pre-oiled 9-inch (about 23 cm) round cake mold.
