Cake Base:
Milk 27g
Corn Oil 27g
Low Gluten Flour 40g

Gelatine Tablets 5g
Matcha Powder 3g
Milk 10g

① Stir milk + corn oil until emulsified, sift in low-gluten flour and mix well.
②Add 2 egg yolks and mix evenly until smooth. Add lemon juice and sugar to the egg whites and beat until they are hook-shaped. Add 1/3 of the egg whites to the egg yolk batter and mix evenly, then pour it back into the remaining egg white batter and mix well.
③Pour into the baking pan, preheat the oven in advance, and bake at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
④ Beat the whipping cream + white sugar until the yogurt is thick, beat the softened cream cheese + melted gelatine liquid evenly, pour the whipped cream into the cheese paste and stir evenly.
⑤ Stir the milk + matcha powder evenly, add 130g of cheese paste to the matcha liquid and stir evenly. Add the remaining cheese paste into the lime juice, stir well and set aside.
⑥After the baked cake in the third step is cooled out of the oven, use a mold to press out cake slices and put them into the mold.
⑦ First squeeze a layer of matcha cheese paste on the cake and put it in the refrigerator to solidify for about 15 minutes.
