Material

Eggs: 5 (white about 175g, yolk about 80g)

Low gluten flour: 50g

Corn oil: 50g

Milk: 50g

White sugar: 50g

Lemon juice: a little

Salad dressing: a little

Seaweed floss: a small amount

Steps

①Use powder oil method to make egg yolk paste, cover with a layer of plastic wrap to prevent drying.

②Freeze the protein in advance until there is a ring of ice balls, add lemon juice, and add sugar three times to beat until the tail is shaped like a big hook.

③First add 1/3 meringue to the egg yolk paste and mix well, then pour into the remaining 2/3 meringue and mix quickly.

④Pour the cake batter into the baking pan from a height of 30 cm, shake the pan to spread the cake batter, and shake it twice.

⑤Put the square plate into the preheated oven with the grill on the middle and lower layers, and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.

⑥Unmould the cake rolls and cut into small cubes.

⑦Spread a layer of salad dressing on the surface of two small cubes and stack them together.

⑧Dip all the 6 outer sides with salad dressing, wrap a layer of seaweed and meat floss, and tidy it up.
