135g softened butter

①Preheat the oven:
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
②Prepare the baking sheet:
Line a flat baking tray with baking paper and set aside.
③ Make cookie dough:
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
