Steps

Step 3: Fermentation

Step 4: Shaping

Step 5: Secondary fermentation

Place the shaped dough on the baking sheet and cover with a damp cloth. Place the baking sheet in a warm place again to allow the dough to rise a second time. This process takes approximately 30-45 minutes.


Step 6: Bake

When the dough has finished rising, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. After baking, take out the dough and place it on a cooling rack to cool.
