Steps

1. Add bread ingredients except butter and salt to the chef machine.

2. Stir at low speed to form a dough, then stir at high speed until a rough film appears.

10. Put it in the oven for the second fermentation, ferment at 36 degrees for 1 hour, and the fermented state is very light and fluffy.
