Steps

1. Jasmine tea scented cake body

Ingredients:

4 whole eggs

40g sugar

40g corn oil

40g milk

35g low-gluten flour

5g jasmine tea powder

Steps:

1) Put the whole eggs and sugar in a clean, oil-free and water-free bowl, and beat them at high speed with a whisk until the color becomes lighter and the volume expands. Lift the whisk to draw clear lines.

Pour in corn oil and milk, and stir gently to mix evenly without defoaming.

2) Sift in low-gluten flour and jasmine tea powder, and stir gently with a spatula until there is no dry powder.

3) Pour the batter into the paper cup mold and fill it 80% full. Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 170°C for about 18-20 minutes. When the surface is colored, take it out and let it cool.


2. Jasmine tea cream

Ingredients:

200g whipped cream

6g jasmine tea powder

12g sugar

Steps:

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 30 minutes to fully blend the tea powder, then use a whisk to beat until smooth and ready for decoration.

 

3. Xinjiang grape yogurt cream

Ingredients:

50g whipped cream

20g Xinjiang grape yogurt

3g granulated sugar

Steps:

Whip the ingredients together until slightly thick, not too stiff, to retain the smooth taste of yogurt.

 

4. Assembly

Spread a layer of grape yogurt cream on the top of the cooled cake, and then decorate with jasmine tea cream. It can be decorated with dried jasmine flowers or dried fruits, which is delicious and beautiful!
