Steps

①Stir the tea tree oil + warm milk until completely emulsified, sift in the low-gluten flour Longjing tea powder and stir well, separate the egg whites and yolks, add four egg yolks, and continue stirring evenly.

②Beat the egg whites, (novices can put the egg whites in the refrigerator for 5-8 minutes first, so that the egg whites are more stable) add a few drops of white vinegar to the egg whites to make coarse bubbles, add fine sugar in three times and beat until dry foaming, lift the egg beater There are small pointed, delicate and elastic look.

③Add 1/3 egg whites to the batter and mix well, then pour all the egg whites back into the remaining egg whites, and stir in a zigzag shape.

④Pour the batter into the baking pan from a high place, smooth it with a spatula, lightly shake out the air bubbles, preheat the oven at 150 degrees in advance, and bake for 30 minutes.
