Steps


①Make the bottom part of the biscuit first.


②Add the softened butter and powdered sugar to the fluffy state, and add the beaten eggs several times on the way.


③When the butter becomes lighter and expands, sift in the low-gluten flour and mix until there is no dry powder.


④Prepare a square plate, pour the biscuit batter into it and flatten it, and finally pierce some small holes with a small fork to allow the biscuit to expand and vent. (The Greatminds 28*28cm square baking pan is used here)


⑤ Then put it in the oven and bake at 160° for 15 minutes.


⑥When baking, we can prepare the almond caramel part.


⑦Roast the almond slices in advance, then put all the ingredients except the almond slices into a non-stick pan and cook until slightly caramelized.


⑧After the almonds are ready, quickly pour in the almond slices, and stir-fry until each almond is mixed with caramel liquid.


⑨ Immediately turn off the heat and pour the caramelized almonds on the biscuits, spread evenly, and bake at 180° for 15 minutes.


⑩Bake out the whole plate of biscuits, wait until the temperature becomes lower, cut into pieces of the size you want, let it cool down completely, and then it will become crispy and ready to eat.
